Our Leadership Team
Vantage Pointe Village’s leaders work together around the clock to ensure that our seniors experience excellent care and enriching activities.

Sheila
Executive Director
Sheila has enjoyed working in senior living for over 40 years because of the joy residents bring her and her ability to help families. She treasures her great team at Vantage Pointe Village. Sheila’s hobbies are baking, reading, and adopting rescue dogs; she currently has two!

Danielle
Director of Wellness
Danielle has spent the last few of her 10 years in senior living here at Vantage Pointe Village. She appreciates the ability to build relationships with residents and their families. In her free time, Danielle participates in outdoor activities with her two boys such as hiking, canoeing, fishing, as well as traveling and crafting.

Zach
Director of Sales and Marketing
Zachary has dedicated five of his seven years of experience in healthcare specifically to senior living, a field he chose because of its people. The ability to assist residents and their families transition into senior living through an exciting process is extremely rewarding to him. Zachary loves working at Vantage Pointe Village because of his team, a great group of staff that support each other and care for residents as if they are his family.
Although he is a Michigan native, Zachary moved to Tennessee when he was three years old. He has fun spending time with his friends and his dog.

Deidre
Business Office Manager
Throughout the over seven years she has spent in senior living, Deidre has adored the special people this career has brought into her life. Her favorite thing about working at Vantage Pointe Village is the employees and residents she has gotten to know. When Deidre was younger, she had been both an Active duty marine and competitive gymnast. She is also an accomplished seamstress.

Wendy
Memory Care Activities Director
Wendy leads the activities programming for our Seasons Memory Care program. Her passion for residents began after caring for her grandmother who battled dementia for over 6 years. She works in senior care because she enjoys spending time with residents as they are going through some of the hardest years of their lives. “I meet them where they are in their journey with memory loss and love them through it,” says Wendy. Her hobbies include spending time with family, crafts and traveling.

Victoria
Memory Care Activities Director
Victoria became a caregiver in senior living during 2016; ever since then, she has enjoyed helping seniors live fulfilling lives. She believes that they are like family, and being able to help them is paying it forward to those generations before who have helped mold her to the person she is today. She appreciates that everyone at Vantage Pointe Village is there to help one another and provide the best care possible to residents. Her hobbies include dancing, traveling, and anything outdoors.

Faith
Activities Director
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Faith moved to Tennessee in 2015. She began work in senior living as a caregiver in 2016. During that time, she discovered a passion for bringing energy and enthusiasm to residents and helping them live happy and fulfilling lives. Says Faith, “I love that everyone at Vantage Pointe Village works together to ensure that our residents are well cared for and living their best.” In her spare time, Faith loves to read, paint, and travel.

Michelle
As our Concierge, Michelle is the first face to greet you as you walk into our community! She has been a caregiver for older adults for over 12 years and has committed her life to helping them live their best. In her spare time, Michelle loves to paint and spend quality time with her family.

Diana
Assisted Living Activities Director
“People have such interesting lives and histories that don’t end just because they are older,” Diana says. Since 2004, she has gratefully helped them to have interesting and fun days so they can continue creating their personal stories. At Vantage Pointe Village, she admires how all departments of the team work together so that each and every resident has the best care—and, of course, she is delighted by the community’s beautiful location. Diana has lived in and traveled to many parts of the country. She also likes to read, cook, knit, crochet, sew and craft, as well as spend plenty of quality time with her spoiled cat.

Jason
Dietary Director
After graduating from culinary school and joining a passionate team of senior living associates in 2016, Jason felt that his community’s positive atmosphere has remained with him by helping him grow in the field and better serve seniors. He cherishes the time he spends with his wife and family, collecting vinyl records, and playing guitar and drums.

Tim
Director of Maintenance
Tim has been working in senior living for more than 18 years. The supportive management team is his favorite thing about working at Vantage Pointe Village, and he enjoys being able to help the residents while learning about them. Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his nine grandchildren, take walks outside, and bowl.

Matthew, BSN
Director of Nursing

Bill
Director of Dining Services
Originally from southwestern Ohio, Bill began working in senior living in 2016 as a registered dietitian. Over the past two years he has shifted his focus towards the food service management aspect of nutrition. In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time with his family and animals, cooking, gardening, and being outdoors.
