Our Senior Living Leadership Team
Vantage Pointe Village’s leaders work together around the clock to ensure that our seniors experience excellent care and enriching activities.
Sheila
Executive Director
Sheila has enjoyed working in senior living for over 40 years because of the joy residents bring her and her ability to help families. She treasures her great team at Vantage Pointe Village. Sheila’s hobbies are baking, reading, and adopting rescue dogs; she currently has two!
Zach
Director of Sales and Marketing
Zachary has dedicated five of his seven years of experience in healthcare specifically to senior living, a field he chose because of its people. The ability to assist residents and their families transition into senior living through an exciting process is extremely rewarding to him. Zachary loves working at Vantage Pointe Village because of his team, a great group of staff that support each other and care for residents as if they are his family.
Although he is a Michigan native, Zachary moved to Tennessee when he was three years old. He has fun spending time with his friends and his dog.
Faith
Activities Director
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Faith moved to Tennessee in 2015. She began work in senior living as a caregiver in 2016. During that time, she discovered a passion for bringing energy and enthusiasm to residents and helping them live happy and fulfilling lives. Says Faith, “I love that everyone at Vantage Pointe Village works together to ensure that our residents are well cared for and living their best.” In her spare time, Faith loves to read, paint, and travel.
Tim
Director of Maintenance
Tim has been working in senior living for more than 18 years. The supportive management team is his favorite thing about working at Vantage Pointe Village, and he enjoys being able to help the residents while learning about them. Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his nine grandchildren, take walks outside, and bowl.
