Rhonda
Executive Director
Rhonda has worked in Senior Living for more than 20 years. Executive, Corporate, Non-Profit and Senior Living Leadership is what she adores!! Her greatest pleasure is family, residents, and friendships! She believes being at Vantage Pointe Village is such an exhilaration because our residents and families is why she gives 150% every day.
Sherrie
Dining Services Director
Sherrie has worked at Vantage Pointe Village for 6 years and has enjoyed every day of it. She loves feeding our amazing residents. Sherrie has moved through the ranks from caring for residents to now Serving and providing leadership to her fantastic dining team.
Cathy
Business Office Director
Cathy came to Vantage Pointe Village with over 20 years of experience in various administrative and business roles in manufacturing and healthcare. She is motivated and gratified by the advocacy our staff demonstrates daily for our residents. On most mornings when she is going into work, she feels more like she is headed to enjoy time with friends and family than like she is going to a job. When she is not at the community, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her Husband and their cat.
Pam
Sales Director
Pam is a Master’s Medical Social Worker and has worked in Medical Social Work for many years throughout major hospitals in Nashville/Davidson County. In addition, she has worked in Assisted Living and Memory Care aspects of geriatric care over 12 years. Pam states “I absolutely love working with families, individuals and assisting them with their loved ones who want and need community living. It is such a rewarding experience to see the joy and happiness on the faces of the residents and heir families when they move to our beautiful and wonderful community at Vantage Pointe Village”.
Ashley
Director of Nursing
Ashley as Director of Nursing has worked in neurology, donor services, corrections, and senior living for 16 years. Her hobbies are stained glass and taking care of her 3 boys. Her greatest joy is sharing her family with the VPV residents and along with her pets.
Joey
Move In Coordinator
Joey has worked with Seniors at his church and used that experience to join Vantage Pointe Village. His prior experience included Accounts Payable and Customer Service. Joey enjoys technology and creating a comfortable space for residents that need assistance.
Isabella
Activities Coordinator
Isabella has been a business owner for the past 20+ years in real estate. Isabella volunteered at VPV and made the switch to Activities Coordinator when her mother-in-law became a resident. She loves working with our amazing residents. Isabella brings such warmth and fun to all our residents at Vantage Pointe Village.
Chris
Assistant Director of Nursing
Chris has been working in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living for 8 years. He has made the move into management from a Floor Nurse. Chris enjoys working with the Senior population. His greatest joy is to take care of the ones who take care of us.
Tim
Director of Maintenance
Tim has been working in senior living for more than 18 years. The supportive management team is his favorite thing about working at Vantage Pointe Village, and he enjoys being able to help the residents while learning about them. Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his nine grandchildren, take walks outside, and bowl.
