Rhonda

Executive Director

Rhonda has worked in Senior Living for more than 20 years. Executive, Corporate, Non-Profit and Senior Living Leadership is what she adores!! Her greatest pleasure is family, residents, and friendships! She believes being at Vantage Pointe Village is such an exhilaration because our residents and families is why she gives 150% every day.

Sherrie

Dining Services Director

Sherrie has worked at Vantage Pointe Village for 6 years and has enjoyed every day of it. She loves feeding our amazing residents. Sherrie has moved through the ranks from caring for residents to now Serving and providing leadership to her fantastic dining team.

Sarah

Business Office Director

Sarah came to Vantage Pointe Village with over 20 years of experience in the revenue cycle healthcare industry. She is motivated and gratified by the advocacy our staff demonstrates daily for our residents. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She is excited to be a part of this flourishing community and to get to know every resident and family member. Favorite quote: “Strive for progress, not perfection.”

Pam

Sales Director

Pam is a Master’s Medical Social Worker and has worked in Medical Social Work for many years throughout major hospitals in Nashville/Davidson County. In addition, she has worked in Assisted Living and Memory Care aspects of geriatric care over 12 years. Pam states “I absolutely love working with families, individuals and assisting them with their loved ones who want and need community living. It is such a rewarding experience to see the joy and happiness on the faces of the residents and heir families when they move to our beautiful and wonderful community at Vantage Pointe Village”.

Terri

Director of Nursing

Terri is a native of Ashland city, Go Cubs! She has over 20 years of nursing experience and the majority of that experience has been dedicated to senior living. She has three grown children and grand cats. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Joey

Activities Director

Joey has worked with seniors at his church in the past and used that experience to join Vantage Pointe Village. He has prior experience in Customer Service and Accounts Payable. Joey began his time with VPV as the Move In Coordinator in late September and accepted the position of Activities Director in January 2025. He is a dog lover, with 5 dogs at home. He enjoys travel, true crime documentaries, Mexican food and spending time with his family, friends and, of course, his dogs.

Chris

Assistant Director of Nursing

Chris has been working in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living for 8 years. He has made the move into management from a Floor Nurse. Chris enjoys working with the Senior population. His greatest joy is to take care of the ones who take care of us.

Tim

Director of Maintenance

Tim has been in Motorsports and Hospitality at management level for 30 years as chief engineer at Union Station Hotel and Mariott Vanderbilt. Improved guest scores to top 5% of Branches.
Hobbies include Auto Racing and building electronic gadgets from components.
